Services

Fluxio Labs provides digital marketing, content creation, no-code website development, and AI-powered automation solutions. Service details and pricing are listed on our website and may change at any time.

Payments

• Setup fees are billed 50% upfront and 50% upon delivery, unless otherwise agreed.

• Monthly maintenance fees are billed at the beginning of each cycle.

• All payments are processed securely through Stripe or other approved processors.

• No refunds are issued for completed services or digital deliverables.

Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate information and materials needed for the project

• Review deliverables in a timely manner

• Approve or request revisions before the final delivery

• Make payments on schedule

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

• Clients own the final deliverables created for their project

• Fluxio Labs retains rights to concepts, drafts, workflow systems, and internal processes

• We may showcase non-sensitive work in our portfolio unless the client requests otherwise

Limitations of Liability

Fluxio Labs is not liable for:

• Loss of data due to client actions

• Business losses, revenue losses, or indirect damages

• Issues arising from third-party services (e.g., hosting, payment platforms, social media)

We provide services “as is” and make reasonable efforts to deliver high-quality work.

Third-Party Tools

Our services may rely on platforms such as Stripe, Framer, ManyChat, Google Workspace, and other third-party tools. We are not responsible for outages, changes, or errors caused by these platforms.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate services if:

• Payments are not made on time

• Client behavior is abusive, unethical, or violates platform policies

• Project requirements change beyond the original scope

Clients may cancel maintenance services at any time by contacting us.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA.
